The first women's MusicMind day retreat is coming and you could be a part of it!

Retreat Structure

Please note this retreat is for women only.

Session 1) Ignite Your Energy: Breathwork & Body Warm-Up
  • Session Overview: Kick off your journey by awakening your body and mind! Through energising breathwork and physical movement, you'll release tension, revitalise your energy, and get your body ready to experience profound healing. This session will leave you feeling alive, grounded, and ready to embrace every moment of the retreat.
